Pathfinder Consulting Solutions LLC ("Pathfinder," "we," "us") buys residential property and land directly from owners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, to phone calls and text messages with us, and to information we obtain about property owners in the course of our business.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us through this website, by phone, or by text, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, property address, and anything you tell us about your property or situation.
Information about property owners from other sources. To identify owners who may wish to sell, we obtain property records and owner contact information from public records (county assessment, deed, and tax records) and from licensed real-estate data and contact-lookup providers. We record the source of every phone number we hold.
Information from our communications with you. We keep records of calls and text messages with us — the date and time, the number used, the outcome, and notes of what was discussed. If a call is recorded, we tell you at the start of the call before any recording begins, and we do not record without that notice.
Website information. Our website collects standard technical information (browser type, pages visited, approximate location from your IP address) through ordinary server logs. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use information
We use information to evaluate and make offers on property; to communicate with you about your property and our offer; to keep accurate records of our communications, including your instructions not to be contacted; to comply with law, including telemarketing, do-not-call, and consumer-protection rules; and to operate and improve our business.
Do-not-call requests and your communication choices
If you tell us you do not want to be contacted — by phone, by text, in writing, or in any other reasonable way — we record that request permanently and stop. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state registries, and we screen our contact lists against them before calling. A request not to be contacted is never removed from our records; if you later ask us to contact you again, we record that separately.
Text messaging (SMS) program terms
We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them.
- Program: Pathfinder Consulting Solutions LLC property-purchase communications.
- What you'll receive: follow-up about a property you have discussed with us, offer details, appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies to your questions.
- Frequency: message frequency varies; typically no more than a few messages per week.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your carrier's plan.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.

- Consent is not a condition of selling your property to us or of receiving an offer.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We will not share your mobile phone number or consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our telephone and messaging service provider, our data-storage provider, title and closing professionals for a transaction you enter into with us, and our attorneys and accountants — and only as needed for those purposes. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a sale of our business.
Retention
We keep records of our communications with you, including any consent you give and any request not to be contacted, for at least five years, because telemarketing and consumer-protection laws require us to be able to demonstrate compliance. Property and transaction records are kept as required by law.
Security
We protect information with access controls, encrypted connections, and records that cannot be altered after the fact. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we work to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Your rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us not to contact you. Contact us using the details below. Some records — such as your request not to be contacted, or communication records the law requires us to keep — are retained even after other information is removed, so that we can honor your instructions and demonstrate compliance.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
